Climate change, feeding the world and the Long-Term Agroecosystems Research Network

Now more than ever, farmers and ranchers are going to need the tools and strategies necessary to deal with the insane weather Mother Nature is throwing our way. We also will need the ability to feed and clothe an ever-growing world population in a manner that will protect and improve our natural resource base for future generation. One way to help accomplish this goal is through research into new technologies and land management strategies to help production agriculture weather the storm (or storms as it were).
